Let’s talk Shop (houses). Of all the attached building types most appropriate for Piscataquis Village, perhaps my personal favorite is the Malaysian Shophouse; probably because our key design element of arcaded sidewalks [The Five Foot Way of Singapore] is integral to the building design. What shelters one from tropical sun and downpours also shelters one from snow and drizzle.
